I just want to say my experience was just fantastic. Mike is truly a sweet soul. He not only cares about just his job he really relates to his clients and make sure you're satisfied...in my opinion Mike should be somewhere higher but he choses to be where he is and he's an awesome person. Mr. Mike was very awesome to me and my mom. He was very Kind and helpful and knowledgeable! You don’t get this kind of service everywhere! So I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to file their taxes with Jackson Hewitt in Forestdale, Al. Ms. Claressie was great as well today was her first day and she did an absolutely awesome job greeting us and being kind and knowledgable as well.
