Before we listed, Melissa walked us through comparables so we understood pricing ourselves. Melissa helped us prepare our home for sale. We had some unusual issues crop up, issues Melissa spotted immediately when she reviewed all the records on her home and did full due diligence.

Melissa explained so clearly that any issues would create a problem when we sold the home and made sure that when our house went on the market, everything was ready and as perfect as possible. When things got tough, she basically held our hands and made it as easy as possible. Her extensive network of expert contacts meant any problems would be easily resolved.

When you want to reach Melissa , she is there. I don’t know if she was sitting by the phone waiting for our calls, but that’s what it felt like.

As a retired trial lawyer, no one believes in preparation more than I do and Melissa Fidanza is a realtor who prepares. She is also extremely sympathetic, kind and a pleasure to deal with.

Melissa is the most personable and reliable realtor I have ever worked with! Melissa takes care to explain every step in the process as it happens. More over she takes care to make sure her clients feel heard, and understood. She is honest, straight forward and direct.
