I had an amazing stay at The Firefly. All of the Kent properties are beautiful and special. The furniture is stunning and comfortable. We were well received and taken care of. Every detail of the stay has been thought out with care and intention. The local snacks and high quality soaps definitely caught my attention. I even called my mom to give her a tour because I couldn’t get over it. I would highly recommend.

I loved my stay at The Firefly Inn. It’s cute, quaint, and super cozy. The space is quiet and comfortable, and I actually slept better than I do at home. The housekeeping staff was so kind and thoughtful. I also appreciated the snacks and really good coffee that were always available. I would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

I’ve stayed at The Firefly twice and The Victorian once. Each stay was perfect. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings, friendly staff, beautiful communal spaces. Plus, thoughtful complementary amenities like espresso, coffee, water, soda, snacks, yogurt, granola. All within walking distance to Kent’s restaurants and shops. Love it!

This is my second trip to the Victorian and I couldn’t love it more- they put so much care into renovating the property. The rooms are well considered and cozy, not to mention the common spaces are brimming with amenities. I sleep so well here. It’s within easy walking distance to all that Kent has to offer. I wish all properties were as enjoyable to stay in as this one. Can’t wait to come back.

Came up here with a couple of friends to show them Kent (I used to go to Kent School). Staying at the Firefly inn was amazing. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. Every room has a special touch and feels personal to each guest. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a getaway as well as coming here to work from home. There is a lot to do in town because it’s a very unique community, very art driven. Keli was amazing at hosting.

I was amazed at how lovely the INN was! My son and I were in town for a few Hockey games, and this place was SO Convenient! 7 minutes from the ice rink, walking distance to SO MANY shops, places to eat, just absolutely stunning! I loved the quietness as well, no worries of people running up and down the halls. SO MUCH BETTER THAN A HOTEL! The staff was amazing!!!!! I can’t thank them enough for genuineness. I didn’t feel like another “customer” like I would at a hotel. It’s an amazing place, very clean, very beautiful! I would love to come and stay again! I would choose Kent Collection over ANY OTHER PLACE! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Just got back from a weekend at The Firefly Inn and I had to rave about it! If you're looking for somewhere special that won't disappoint, this is it!||First off, the location is perfect - right in the Kent Collection, their collection of boutique, beautiful homes.||The rooms are gorgeous without being stuffy. I had a king room on the second floor and the bed was so cold. The bathroom was spotless and they have these toiletries that smell incredible. Pro tip: Ask for a room overlooking the back if you can get it. If not, no worries!||Snacks are always available and included in your stay too, which is awesome. They also have an amazing common room and kitchen that could honestly be one of the best kitchens I’ve ever been in. ||Quick shoutout to the staff - They really went above and beyond. Unbelievably dialed in and on the spot with anything you need. I forgot a toothbrush and it appeared before I could find my toothpaste. ||Fast Wi-Fi, super cozy and the interiors were designed by someone who knows what they are doing. ||Bottom line: If you want a place that feels special but still super comfortable and welcoming, book it! I’m planning on coming back. ||Good tips:|- Kent, Connecticut is a hidden gem of a town, be sure to walk around. Art galleries, good pizza and nice people|- This is an outdoors lovers paradise, get outside! Go hiking, go biking, go fishing!|- the staff are unbelievably nice and take advantage of their local knowledge. They know everything!

I was booked here for a work trip. I was scheduled to arrive after the normal check in hours. They provided very clear and precise check in instructions through email. However, when I arrived, the Inn keeper, Kelli waited for me even though even though she didn’t need to. The property was spotless. The amenities, such as juice, coffee, water & snacks were terrific and complimentary. The room was spacious and the bed was huge & comfortable. The common areas were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I felt personally catered too and taken care of.
