I’m a Financial Planner in West Hartford and have been a member of the Chamber for almost a year now. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Just being part of the business community is a great reason to join the chamber, but the staff goes above and beyond to help members get as much as they can out of ten chamber. An amazing Chamber. I have been to many, however..... The WH Chamber, really cares and supports their member's businesses all - small & large. The Chamber is also one of the few in CT, that is also very diverse....up to and including it's senior leadership; they even are the first to have a "Minority Business Network" within their Chamber. I joined the West Hartford Chamber this year and let me just say...best decision ever for me AND my business. From a business perspective the Chamber is extremely supportive and a wealth of knowledge about the best ways to engage local businesses and the broader community. Then attend an AFTER HOURS event, Barbara and her staff will make you feel comfortable from the first minute you arrive.They will take the time to introduce you to other members, and before you know it you go home with a list of all new contacts.
