As a parent of a special needs child, I have to admit we were a little nervous about him joining, Paragould ATA. So glad that we did though. It has been such a positive life changing experience for Joshua. He might learn at a slower pace, but he has wonderful Instructors that are very patient and are willing to work with him. He absolutely loves it and is excited about going. If I could give more stars I would. Exceptional place to go!!

Our son has autism, great difficulty focusing on his tasks, and trouble maintaining self-control, like he seriously cannot stand still (who am I kidding, I can’t stand still either)! My son has only been in Taekwondo for 6 weeks and he has already been able to meet and exceed two goals, that while they might be minor goals to some, they are huge goals for him. Master Anderson, has also been a wonderful instructor and has gone above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and like he belongs. As a parent of a kid with special needs it is nice to feel like you belong somewhere! In addition to Master Anderson being great, her supplemental instructors are just as kind and patient as she is, especially, Mr. Holland and Mr. McKenzie. Parents of the other kids have been great too. I really think my son can develop some very strong Taekwondo skills, life skills, and quality relationships at Paragould ATA. We are thrilled that we tried this and you should try it too!

Paragould ATA is a wonderful place full of great instructors and staff. My son Remington has learned so much the past year in self defense, life skills, respect for self and others, discipline, and competing with yourself to continue improving your martial arts skills. He says he loves his classes and has always felt welcomed since day one. The instructors train the students well along with patience and encouragement. It truly is a wonderful place to be a part of!

My son loves going to ATA Martial Arts classes and all of his instructors. He has ADHD and I can tell since starting these classes he's trying harder to focus, controlling his emotions, and respecting others. These classes give him something extra to look forward to which is where his drive to do better stems from. He's learning new things and improving with every class he attends and having fun doing it!

ATA Paragould is a great place to have my kid involved in. Full of fun and nice people with one mindset and goal for our children— to improve and better them in every way. All I want is for my child to be the best of himself, but respectful, obedient and confident. Denji is still new to this place but I know he’ll learn a lot from his teachers/instructors.

My daughter has been a part of this amazing school for 3 years now! When she started she was very shy and through the last 3 years she has come out of her shell and has learn incredible life skills such as discipline, respect, punctuality, integrity, self defense and so much more! From the moment you walk through the door you feel like family. Master Anderson is incredible with all the kids as well as the other adults who help teach. They are the most patient and understanding people I have ever met. They want nothing but the best for the children and their families. Never once have we regretted the decision to join this school and most importantly the family that is created within the school and the entire Association! You won’t regret joining our family and watching your child or even you as adult develop new life skills, strength, and courage.

Been with Paragould ATA since 2015 and couldn't be happier with the choice. She has really helped with my children a great deal and it truly feels like a family up there!!!

Our son has been going here for over 6 months and is in LOVE!!! We where super nervous to start him as he was only 4 and we all know their attention spans are not that great lol but he gets better and better and we can't thank the instructors enough for being super patient with him!!! We are beyond happy we started and we so hope he continues to go for many years to come!!
