Been living here for 2 years, after a year everything in the apartment breaks down. It's cheap to live here and its decent. Biggest drawback is the maintenance people take forever to come do their job and do a trashy job of installing whatever it is. We had our fire alarms keep going off, maintenance showed up 5 hours later when I was at work and when I checked them after work all they did was unplug the alarms and put them back in the ceiling. I called the main office and nothing was ever done. Thats the kind of people that run this place.

They want to do absolutely nothing but say to invest in getting a separate PO Box when I tell them my mail is being stolen. There are these little kids up here breaking into them and they can’t do anything about it? That is a federal offense. Really wanna sue this place for that. They should be doing something about it rather then saying there’s nothing they can do!! -.- and don’t get me started on how nasty the place is and how they do nothing about loud neighbors waking us up at 3,4,5 in the am when kids are sleeping. Can’t even get out my car without being a approached by a sketchy person with a gun in there hand so casually. It’s not a save place and they don’t do anything about it!! Do not live here!!!

DO NOT get an apartment from the links and greens at Jonesboro! The staff is horrible!!! The only one that is great is the current property manager! They have an assistant property manager who thinks she is the head property manager!! Then the rest of the staff, likes to get attitudes with you!!! I wanted to speak with the head property manager, and they kept refusing, like when person says that he or she wants to speak to someone else high than you, transfer the person over please!!! There’s no need for all of that sarcasm and hostile attitude!!! The maintenance barely keep the property’s curb appeal looking good!!!! They like to wait until the bushes get too high to want to trim them!!! And on top of that, they don’t get the trash out of the grass at all!!! They leave it looking very nasty! There were times, we got the trash out the way!!! Like we’re paying all this money to live there, and the least they can do is, do their jobs!!!! I thank God that we DO NOT live there anymore!!!!

1. This complex is in a rough part of town. Several shots fired calls have been made in that area.

2. I lived there from 2020-2022, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Management has very poor communication, maintenance is slow, pest control there is garbage in that they only treat it once you have pest problems. They refuse to spray outside the complex for pest issues.

3. I have plenty of personal grievances, including me giving them ample notice when I moved out, making sure my account was fully paid before I left, only for a fee of over $700 in "liquidated damages" to be applied to my account and turned over to collections after I left without notifying me. It's apparently my fault that management has awful maintenance and communication.

This place is horrific, this is one of the cheapest places to rent in Jonesboro and trust me, you get what you pay for. Do not rent from this place. You will regret every second of it.

Please don’t do what I did, spend the extra $50 and go to a different apartment complex. Im taking my time out of my day to inform the public not waste their time here, it’s that serious. I’ve lived all around the country. Been in good places and not so good places. This place is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived, the worst experience I’ve ever had honestly, If you have a tent you’re better off living outside.

•It’s CRAWLING with roaches, mites, mice.
•Theres dog poop EVERYWHERE which they are apparently not responsible for, and their own property for that matter.

• they don’t do anything for the neighbors around you (could have shoot outs everyday , drive by car swipes) they literally tell you their cameras don’t work in entrance and exits and it’s not “their” responsibility.

•the office is an entire issue in itself, I’m truly not sure how it’s legal for this place to be a business. They have an online portal which is the system you pay your rent on. If that portal has a glitch or something goes wrong it’s entirely not their fault. The portal doesn’t have customer support or they refer you to speak with (the links corporate). THEY ARE JUST AS UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. If you pay rent on time (like I did) it will still come up that you owe (I have Screenshots of this but cannot post yet). Still had to pay the late fee even though it wasn’t late (pretty sure that’s illegal)

It’s truly sad they do this to people don’t have the knowledge or finances to help themselves in legal situations, they continue getting away with doing illegal business.

I clearly have had a terrible run with this place which is crazy because this all happened in ONE year of living in that dudgeon of filth.

Don’t be fooled by the living space and amenities. The pool is GROSS, the gym always smells and is visibly dirty, we had our golf cart stolen in between hitting. It was like a horror moving living there.

The floor in my kitchen was straight concrete ( all the tiles came off the first week of living there) put in MULTIPLE maintenance requests for nothing to have been done. Amongst multiple other requests for nothing to be done. A year living there and nothing.

Nobody in the office speaks to one another even when they said they do. It’s absolute chaos whenever you try to tell Martha (women should NOT be in that position) that you had already taken care of this matter with Leah or the Office manager OR any other female working up there. They all will lie straight to your face even when you have emails and proof it’s CRAZY.

You won’t get your security deposit back so kiss that goodbye. If you didn’t have to pay for one they will get money out of you somehow. Charge you a late fee or make up some elaborate excuse. So so blessed to have only dealt with that place a year. Truly wouldn’t wish living here upon ANYONE.

Well I hope this review helps!

Best of luck!

This is the intake to the air conditioning unit (the air you breathe) after the filter. There is absolutely no duct work done in this section. So if you are constantly congested living here, now you know why. I would give this apartment complex a negative star rating if I could. The staff at this terrible establishment have will go out of their way to lie. Nobody is ever on the same page, give you the run around and somehow you will get charges to you acct. for all of this. This complex host all types of gang violence and drug actives. Imagine sitting on your porch enjoying the cool air on a nice spring night then all of a sudden you hear a barrage of gun shots less than 100ft from you. Of enjoying the fireworks from the same place you call home and hearing bullets fall from the sky hitting parked cars 20 ft from you. The break ins and theft are at all time high in this hotspot for crime. I’ve had my car broken into several times over night and know all my neighbors have also. They boast an elegant experience but you will almost always be disappointed in every aspect. The larger of the 2 pool was hasn’t been available to use in about 3 years. So a complex with thousands of units is confined to only 1 smalls kitty pool that is only 4ft deep and 40x20ft. I’m sure that in itself is cause for alarm in the hygiene and public health department. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IS YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!! The dogs run around wish no leashes and on many occasions I’ve been confronted with very aggressive dogs that will bite a kid without thinking twice. It seems like every apartment has 2-3 dogs. I’ve had packages taken from my front pour h more times than I can count. I wouldn’t dare step onto the golf course either. Me and my wife went to go play a few hole of golf, everything was going great until I turn around and my golf cart was being driven away by a few young kids. The holes in the fence are big enough for anyone to get through so everyone is walking around on the course. The list can go on and on for a for ever. But I am running out of space. Thank you for listening and hope I helped with filling in the gaps to the other hundreds of one star reviews this unacceptable place that you’re supposed to call home has.

One star is to many for this place! This was my first apartment. I’d just turned 20, so I didn’t know any better but I do now. I lived here in 2020 I moved in right before Covid hit. I stayed there throughout my whole lease and was never late on rent and gave proper notice that I would not be renewing my lease!
The whole time I stayed there nobody ever came to fix anything. My sink was clogged, my washer n dryer was old and smelly, my dishwasher didn’t work, my shower was falling apart and so much more! Even with all that I STILL payed my rent on time.
Now YEARS down the line… I find out they sent me to collections for over $2,000 worth of damages and repairs and this was AFTER receiving my deposit back.
HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN STILL STANDING AND HOW IS THIS LEGAL!?
