Ordered a bed cover Dec 31 2024. They received it. Came in to have it installed. The GMC parts facility sent the wrong rails. Parts guy tell me it's fine, reorder, should be here in 1 or 2 days. Today is Feb. 10 2025. Still no word on the bed cover. Had to cancel it on my credit card. Booked an online oil and fuel filter change/ 15000 mile check. The appointment was confirmed. Go to take it in this morning, appointment has been canceled. They probly shouldn't offer the online booking since they can't keep up with any appointment or schedule. Lady at the front desk is very polite. I was warned not to buy from here. Should have listened.

Bought a brand new Yukon in July ‘23 and it’s been to their shop 7-8 times for various recalls and other problems. We’ve made early morning appointments and dropped it off on time only to be told that they weren’t able to work it into their schedule and for us to bring it back the next day, as if our time is that flexible. This has happened 3 times… Random scratches seem to appear every time a part is replaced as well… Recently took it in because the 3rd row seat belt leaks water when it rains. They inspected it and said a drain hole was clogged and that it was fixed. Next rain, another leak. We take it back again only for them to tell us that a wiring harness boot on the rear hatch is broken and that’s where the water is coming in and that it was our fault and even though it’s under warranty, our warranty would not cover the problem…. Extremely poor customer service and they don’t stand behind their vehicles or warranties. I will never buy another vehicle there and would not recommend them to anyone.

Shop Central Buick GMC& “Experience The DIFFERENCE”
The “difference” in Central & Others Is the Fact they sell lemons then blame the owner of a brand new 75k vehicle that’s only 4 days old. Then down right refuse to fix things, expect loaner vehicles to be returned with gas… yet my brand new truck was delivered with ZERO, as well as no windshield wiper fluid, food in the door, finger prints from food on the roof upholstery, squealing, YEAH! That’s right! A BRAND SPANKING NEW TRUCK SOUNDING LIKE A OLDIE THAT NEEDS A BELT CHANGE. Soooooooo SO SO SO SO SO many tiny bumps in paint. It’s like something is underneath it. Yet, I am to blame. I am appalled by the way this situation is being handled, I am scared to be driving this vehicle with my children in it, and as well at night (being a woman, I am fearful of being stranded)

My truck broke down after 4 months of ownership, brand new truck off the lot. They were rude, didnt want to offer a loaner and when they did they gave me a compact car, not even anything close to comparable to a truck. The part is on back order and they even tried to tell me I could drive the truck until it came in but had to sign a paper stating they werent responsible for it if it broke down again before they replace the part. It's been two months and still no part and no truck. Horrible place to deal with, all they care about making a sale and will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign the papers, but will leave you high and dry when a problem arises.
