The parts department helped me find the tire I needed for my Harley Davidson road King classic. I bought the tire and went home to remove my front wheel on my bike. I took the tire in the next day and the service area was able to get the tire mounted and balanced that day! I've been very happy with the Dunlop American Elite tire that I bought from them. Thank you for the great customer service!

I recently bought a brand new Kawasaki Ninja 500 KRT Edition from this dealership, and my experience was outstanding. They boast one of the largest and most impressive inventories in the state. The sales team was excellent, and they promptly addressed a minor spelling error on my bill of sale. I particularly want to highlight Ben, who provided an exceptional deal on the motorcycle. His price was significantly lower than what other dealers offered. I highly recommend this dealership for their great selection, professional service, and unbeatable pricing.

I visited Jonesboro Cycle and ATV for the first time looking for an go kart I and could not be more satisfied. As soon as I stepped in the door they had someone ask if I needed help. Sean helped me with my questions and let me test drive a hammerhead LE150, which I wound up purchasing. Sean even delivered it to my house! I would highly recommend them and highly recommend working with Sean.

Mr. Adam Power's review is not inaccurate as the owner is determined to perform damage control. I was there with Mr. Power to purchase their top end Maverick R X RS with Smart Shocks while Mr. Power was interested in the 23 Maverick Sport XMR (that appeared to be reasonable discounted). I was also involved with helping to get these purchases started as we were there buying together. Although, I did not have an issue with the dealer (I had yet to really engage my deal), I witnessed the terrible feedback from the owner which discouraged me and my wife to walk away as well. As any reasonable Customer, Mr. Power was within reasons to ask for extras to haggle a price which in the end Mr. Power decided and was fine with the purchase price. Technically, he was fine with the purchase price on the way to the dealer as we were in contact with the Salesman, Mr. Mason, who agreed with my comment over the phone maybe face to face would reason a deal. The Salesman was no way firm about what could or could not be done. Mr. Power was playing cards for a better deal as anyone would.

The Salesman was extremely nice and did commit to mailing Mr. Power a replacement door and cleaning the seat if not replacing it. I observed the verbal exchange. It was thereafter Mr. Power tested the waters to get some accessories thrown into the deal which Mr. Power proceeded to speak to the owner by my advice; as Mr. Power was ready to put pen to paper. This seemed to have struck the owner the wrong way, put Mr. Mason in a rock and a hard place, and refused to further negotiate including retracting the hearsay from Mr. Mason that the damage would be resolved. In other words, Mr. Power was ready to make the deal without accessories. I am very confused about this unless the Salesman made commitments that were not aligned with the owner which is an internal issue and was taken out on Mr. Power. I have added pictures of the driver side door damage (large scratch under the handle) and the passenger stained headrest which is several stained and scuffed all around what should be a new machine (the claim was the 23 was taken out of the crate not long ago).

As an owner, telling a buyer who is not argumentative "I'm not going to argue with you or argue about it and we are going to do what we can do. We are a high volume dealership and we will sell the machine anyways." This is not how you treat customers while being in the business of selling wants and not needs or for any situation for that matter. The atmosphere was terrible mid-way through our visit and my excitement and mood was not sustained in a positive way. We at least were able test out the machines we were interested in and that was about the only positive. Mr. Power was just having a little fun to see what else he could get thrown in before pen to paper and was very reasonable and nice.

I'm not sure if we caught the dealership on a bad day. They do appear to have excellent deals, beautiful floor layout and an extremely large selection. I really do hate that we had such a sour experience. If Mr. Power would have put pen to paper, I was most likely going to do the same although the machine I wanted had to be sourced from another dealer. They lost 2 Customers and didn't seem to care over something I feel was a communication issue and nominal.

We went to the dealership as pre-approved Customers. Doesn't get more serious than that. Apparently reasoning or negotiation is not allowed and is frowned upon in what appeared to be a vindictive manner from the owner getting irritated. I caught a bad vibe from the owners attitude and Customer Service skills. Maybe we can do business down the road (very skeptical if the deals are genuine vs APR APR is high considering at this dealer but we never made it to that point) but I am also ensuring factual information is kept, well, factual. Sorry this strikes nerves but I was a bit offended after the owner responded to Mr. Powers review. I was also considering still working with them next week on my machine before the damage control response.

I only gave a one star because I had to give this rating something. My dad drove 200 miles one way to purchase a motorcycle. His salesman spent more time helping someone with helmets and pulling bikes out for other people. Then told my dad he was not going to take any commission for the sale. The motorcycle was listed on their website for $12,195 but when I got a copy of the bill of sale, the price was over $14K! My dad picked his Triumph up today at Heritage in Roger’s, AR and we recommend y’all go see them!

Finally, a salesman that made me feel like a valued customer instead of feeling like someone who stood in line, drew a number and waited. Justifer is open, outgoing and friendly. I will deal with him on all my future purchases. He's attentive, didn't beat around the bush and he said he'll be there when I need him, whether phone call or if I make a personal visit. I trust him to do exactly that.

Bought my 2025 ZX-6R Saturday and just wanted to mention these guys! Sean went above and beyond to bring my dream to life! I can’t express enough gratitude for this experience! It was painless, quick, and they are truly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Me and Sean were working together for a few weeks, waiting on the perfect bike to come in. He called me as soon as the truck unloaded and we made it happen! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! We drove over an hour and a half to these guys and would do it all over again!
