Cassie at Michael Clayton State Farm insurance is a great employee for that company. They are lucky to have her.. she is very very helpful and they are so super sweet and nice and easy to work with they take care of people ! I can’t say enough about her. She is the best.! I recently had to get Auto Insurance and after some looking I decided State Farm was the best option out there. Not only did I receive fantastic customer service from Jacob Hutchinson, but he was able to really help me make the Insurance work for me. He was incredibly understanding of my situation and even helped me think about my future. Jacob did a great job of making me feel valued while giving me a great deal. My experience was quite surprising. I was greeted by the owner Mike who smiled and shook my hand and asked how he could help. I asked for Cassie. She was pleasant and went over the policy. I knew what I wanted in a policy and think she understood that as well. She did explain things to me but never made me feel pressured. What a breath of fresh air! Imagine that! I got what "I wanted" and feel comfortable recommending Mike and Cassie at State Farm.
