I was to rate just four stars, but the disco-bathroom nudged me to five! All sorts of artisanal and mainstream candy, including some foreign and rare brands. The hot chocolate and milkshakes are delicious. Al fresco seating in season. There is a drive-through cut-out for ice cream on the go, but it was not operational during this review. Also zany merchandise for sale, such as Gouda-flavored pretzels.

Our Halloween visit to 45 on Main in Kent, CT, was absolutely magical! The place was transformed with an enchanting Harry Potter theme—think wands, potions, and hints of wizardry in every corner. It felt like stepping right into Diagon Alley! We tried a lemon square, an apple turnover, crumb cake, and finished with a cappuccino, while Abby sipped on a delightful hot chocolate. Visiting from Kansas, this place is awesome!! The chocolate selection is amazing. The atmosphere is really cool. And they have some international treats that I was able to enjoy. The café was decorated for St. Patrick’s Day.

DO NOT MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THIS GEM! This place goes above and beyond! You can see clearly that the owner puts extreme care, pride, perfection, fun, and love into everything made at 45 On Main. The staff is so friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The in-house made chocolates and sweets are PERFECTION and there is an incredible selection of anything you could ever dream of plus more unique, delicious treats that once you experience - you will end up dreaming of! The decor is top notch, there is a huge selection of international candies, and the beverage menu is EPIC. I had a raspberry lemonade and it was the best lemonade I’ve ever had in my life. My croissant was bigger than my head and it was a culinary masterpiece as well. Please visit this gem - you will not be disappointed.

Vibes are immaculate. How can I give 6 stars for atmosphere?!? This is the coolest ice cream shop I've ever been to. Situated in an old bank with a really neat store, board games, & more!! The ice cream is also so good and staff members very kind & helpful!!

I chose to have a small birthday party for my granddaughter there. My "inner child" was in heaven with such a vast choice of candies, store-made chocolates, croissants, bakery items, smoothies, of course coffees and more!! We celebrated her party in an old bank vault room (the building used to be a bank years ago) The room was sufficient enough to hold 7 active girls and we didn't have to worry about being too quiet. Each of them joyfully chose their own flavored combination of lemonade to drink and picked out a chocolate candy (so many kinds to choose from!) while they played three of the many types of games available for customers to use there! The stores decor was awesome and very creative. The owner was very accommodating and the employees were helpful. There's additional parking in the rear of the building, and the shop's location is right in the center of town!
