When looking for a gym there are 3 things you are looking for. 1. Quality 2. Price 3. Atmosphere
The knockout it out of the park with all three. The quality and quantity is as top notch as you can get. It’s very affordable especially for all the options they have. Lastly the atmosphere. I’ve been going there almost 3 years. I’ve never felt out of place and the owners are always quick to help! I would give a 10 star rating if possible!

Great place to work out. With plenty of option for those who are looking to gain muscle mass or those who are looking to shed a few pounds with calisthenics. You are in a judge free place with plenty of people who are willing to help with training or just giving some pointers. Alan and his with are a good Christian family looking to help anyone coming through to become the best versions of themselves mentally and physically. Would recommend to anyone looking to maintain or better themselves.

Pros:
* Nice sized gym
* Great location
* Great ownership
* Locker rooms
* Elliptical machines can be used in climb version (works better than a stair master)

Cons:
* Older machines with bigger jumps between weight levels (often have to go up by 10 or 15 pound increments instead of the normal 5)
* Usually doesn’t have music playing (at least when I go)
* It’s gotten up to 72-75 degrees inside The Weight Room a handful of times this year (once when it was only 63 outside)
* Their staffed hours are only from 9-3
* It’s not uncommon for the machines to get messed up

Nice enough gym, just my least favorite of the ones I’ve been to.

This is an excellent family owned gym.
I enjoy attending the workout classes that Ginny and Alan provide. It is a very family friendly environment and everyone is so nice and helpful. I recommend everyone I know to join this gym….you will not regret it:)

An awesome gym, with great equipment and amazing owners! This facility is awesome and so welcoming to start your fitness journey off on solid foundation, while also having the equipment for the seasoned fitness vet. So, whether you are starting from rock bottom or coming in at the peak one will not regret choosing this establishment!

I have been participating in a class offered by this gym. The gym has a very accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere that makes you feel more comfortable while you are there. The owners are readily available and always professional. I am so happy I joined the class and look forward to the positive changes it will make in my life.

I love the gym it has all the equipment you need,the owners are amazing, and the people that go to the gym are very easy to get along with.
The gym is very clean and they supply hand wipes so that you could clean the equipment .

Foreal the best Gym in Arkansas!! I felt so welcomed and the owner is ROCK SOLID and down to earth, such a good guy, I really felt like I fit in and all the members I met here are so nice to me. Good gym in a good area. Not to mention they keep the gym very clean and they had a LOT more equipment than I expected them to have. 😁
