I love the Fit Facility. It's a great local space for intentional, flexible, and well-designed fitness classes for holistic strength and flexibility.

The Fit Facility is a bargain, super close to home, AND you don't have to book classes in advance - you can just show up at any of the class times that work for you and get your work out in!

However, what really makes the Fit Facility great is the people; Jake the owner and trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming and does a phenomenal job of meeting people wherever they are in their fitness journey - I have high trust and respect for Jake. The other people who workout are great too; we vary in skill set, fitness, age, and experience, but we all get along well and Jake makes everyone sweat!

This has been my favorite gym I have ever joined. Jake is the trainer, owner and an awesome human being. Things I like about this gym: wide age range, wide body type range, can show up to any of the allotted times, Jake gets to know you on both a coach and personal level, and the people are great. If you are at all nervous about walking into the gym for the first time like I was this is the best environment. NO judgement. Everyone is here to get and be better.

This is what gyms should all be like. No judgment and lots of support. I am a plus size woman, so gyms have not always felt like somewhere I belonged, but Fit Facility is different. I'm one of the bigger people in the gym, but have never once felt like I've been treated different by coach or any of the other gym members. Jake is pretty low-key and is unbelievable at meeting people where they're at and adjusting things when needed so that everyone gets a great workout.

He knows when to step in to help and when to leave you to get on with things. The classes are a good balance - it's easy to get started, and there are always options to push yourself harder as you progress. I can't recommend Fit Facility highly enough!

I love the consistency of knowing which days are heavy lifting days and which are cardio days. Jake truly cares about his clients, both from a personal and fitness perspective.

I switched over to Fit Facility almost one year ago from a Cross Fit gym. The workouts are challenging yet totally scalable. Jake’s attitude is always positive and he’s very attentive without being annoying. Thanks for the affirming fist-bumps, coach. I’m seeing results and having fun. Mostly it’s totally a neighborhood gym in the best neighborhood in the city with the best neighbors. The community is fun, inclusive, diverse and encouraging. So glad to have made all these new friends!
