I can't review this agency as I haven't had much interaction with them. I was connected to them by default. I'm not sure if it's the agency or Allstate as a whole but I don't appreciate how they add claims to multiple policies instead of individual vehicles, that reflects badly on those who haven't had claims.

Eric and his team are the BEST! So happy I finally made the switch to a loyal and reliable agency after months of being unhappy with my old company. I think it stinks that you company hit my bank accont and charge me a "return fee" when the policy doesn't take effect for another 15 days. Further more I told Mike that until the 1st of Febrary there wouldn't be enough in the accout to cover the intial payment
Now I'd like you to reverse the fee and hit the account until Feb 1st.

My experience started when my best friend recommended me to Allstate after he went on board with them. The team was very patient with while I did my research for other competitors. They answered all my questions, updated my quotes every time I removed or added a coverage and in the end Allstate was the better option for me.
