We were lucky enough to work with Jacob Kramer at Taylor Team Realtors. We met Jacob at an open house and immediately knew we wanted him to be our agent. Selling a home long distance is a challenge, especially when a home has never been updated. Only one interested person (under our original realtor contract) toured my in-laws Bella Vista, AR home and remarked it was too outdated. The home was drastically overpriced and that realtor showed little interest in assisting in the process.

We sought a new realtor and found Blair Taylor of the Taylor Team. Blair met us the one day we could travel to Bella Vista and brought along sub-contractors to talk with us and provide bids for painting, landscaping, flooring and plumbing!

Blair explained the needed updates to my elderly in-laws. While hesitant at first, they agreed to move forward. Within three weeks , the house was updated, priced appropriately and listed. That first week, we received two offers and it was sold! Great team, great communication and very grateful.
