I going to say first off , Kathleen is super nice and friendly. She has been a great help during a very difficult time , she has been a jewel to help me figure out and Navigate issues.
But on the other hand each time my husband and I have worked with Jeremiah Elliott it has been a living night mare . He is very full of himself and he does not know the meaning of good customer service. Scott should get rid of him before he runs all his customers away like he has us . Scott contacted me and fixed the issue.

Scott is an incredible man and agent. Our family has been with Scott, and his wonderful father Leo, since the 80's. All of our homes and vehicles are now, and in the past, covered through his agency. We have never had a more thorough, experienced and devoted agent. Scott genuinely cares about our needs and quickly addresses them. His staff has always been helpful and prompt with solutions. I could praise Scott on and on, however, I need to leave room for others to post their appreciation.

Twice I have remitted the annual premium to the office address on the billing invoice only to have it returned as "Insufficient address" yet it is correctly addressed as per the Renewal declaration.. What's with that Can't you either enclose a return envelope for the premium or get your proper mailing address shown clearly on the billing.. Not happy. T. Young
