I unexpectedly retired from the military in 2014. When I arrived in Arkansas in 2013, a house was purchased. When looking to sell, there was not enough equity and would have owed money on the house.

I was referred to ReMax for rental options and I worked with Bill and Linda O'Brien. They worked with me throughout the last few years and helped maintain the property while renting it out. This year, the decision was made to sell. Within 24 hours of listing the house, an offer was made and accepted. Even though we are out of state now, the process was seamless and smooth. We closed two weeks ahead of schedule due to the professional work and communication of Linda O'Brien. Highly recommend. A truly great team to work with.

So grateful for heath and the whole staff at remax connection in cabot , I had a issue with my hot water side faucet and the maintenance staff came immediately always so nice and I felt bad to bother anyone at 7 at night but they are always so nice and helpful . I highly recommend remax connection in cabot , amazing !!!!!! And always so sweet to my son . Y’all are the best

We rented a house through Remax. We painted the entire kitchen and hallway upon moving in. We lived in the house for about six months. I had the carpets professionally cleaned and the house was also cleaned before moving out. When I got my deposit back, I had been charged $285 for maintenance work, replacing drains, blinds, and wall holes, all of which were in that condition upon receiving the keys. Early into moving I had emailed the agent helping me about the condition of certain items in the house and was told these discrepancies weren’t considered damage but just regular wear and tear. I left the home in better condition and cleanliness than I received it. I emailed the agency several times after moving out asking for a status on the deposit refund. It was never communicated to me in any of those emails that I would be responsible for maintenance costs for damages I did not create, and in my opinion, the lack of communication from the agency was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Jody and her husband Andy work together as a full service team to serve their clients at thr highest level. I'm an out-of-state Realtor myself, and have used their services for investment properties.

Andy handles the property management, and knows his stuff! I feel completely confident knowing he can handle things for me on my behalf (one of the big worries of being an out-of-area investor).

Jody is gem. She's smart, caring and a hustler. I initially met her through our professional coaching company, so i already knew how she runs her business and how she treats her clients. She has developed such a community with her clients and vendors, and they love her!
