First and foremost,
My initial experience with PRZ was fantastic. I felt they offered acceptable customer service and attention to detail, which made paying a premium feel worthwhile. However, as time went on, key employees left, and the quality of our business relationship deteriorated. Communication became inconsistent, and management issues started to surface.

By our final meeting, it was clear there was no accountability for mistakes on their part, and continuing the partnership was no longer viable. Unfortunately, this left me in a difficult financial situation and difficult choice to make. Thankfully I was able to find other firms out there that could offer exactly what PRZ originally offered but at a much lower cost, and with much better results. I do not wish my bad experience on anyone.

Man where do I start heather the secretary in the front is the rudest person I ever dealt with in Fayetteville I seriously was holding back and didn’t want to say anything just because it’s a local business and I will hate to hurt a local business but she is just the worst person with the nastiest personality that I ever came across in town
Not professional at all she was rude to several of my employees in the past and we ignored her just because of Katie she’s always been nice and professional
Yet we had a long unfinished problem after we stopped using there services we were not able to access our whole year of 2023 tax information they only work with quickbooks desktop and we were not able to transfer any of our date due to not finding any accountant that work with that style of quickbooks they work with an app for documents which is nice but they cut off the access with out a notice I was told by the owner mark I will have access to it until my taxes are taken care of at least but when I called and asked for it heather told me in a very rude way we pay money for those things and your not a custmer no more so I shut it off knowing that it has some documents and data w2 pay roll and more that I paid for all of last year that I never got
And so many mistakes were maid last year I had to pay extra late fees for some of my fillings
They missed up my state tax at least twice that I had to call and fix my self
They never reminded me about the franchise tax and when i asked they said oh we don’t do that
When I clearly maid it part of the services I needed when I first started with them
My personal taxes were litterly filled 1day before the expiration time they dragged it from January all the way to October
And so many more mistakes yet I never said anything and just fixed it and dealt with it as part of the business
I hope they fix those things I seriously hope they realize the mistakes they are making and most definitely get a better secretary
I also hope no one gets offended with my feed back it’s just the truth and I hope it gets the attention needed

This company took over our previous CPA’s business when she retired. Our tax returns for 2020 were pretty straightforward since both of us are on social security and had the standard deductions. While the bill seemed a little high for a simple return, we paid it. A couple of months later we get a letter from the IRS requesting copies from part of our return. Mind you, our taxes are sent electronically through this company and PRZ said no worries that they would take care of it. What they failed to mention at the time was a consulting fee of $200 for 10 minutes of phone talk from a very rude, condescending preparer. Explanations were that the trigger wasn’t by anything they did (true), and that they spent 1-1/2hours to pull electronic forms and supposedly write a letter that they failed to send us a copy of. There should be no reason for it to take that long to pull and make copies of the electronic information the IRS wanted. I’m not objecting to paying them a fee to take care of it but they wouldn’t even tell me what their hourly billing rate is or break down what we were charged for—-only blind-siding us with a substantial bill.. The invoice just said “consulting “.

I know I will get their standard response (excuse) like the other two one star reviewers got from PRZ touting how good they are and all their businesses and how many staff they employ but that is no excuse for the excessive charges. Like one of the other reviewers said—I would look elsewhere or question them thoroughly and get it in writing. Professional companies do not bill for services without discussing the fees.

We were with Przybysz and Associates for a few years and when the company was purchased and subsequently changed names to PRZ and Associates, we continued our business with them. We couldn’t be happier with our tax preparation and the quality of service we receive. Whenever anyone asks me anything about investing, tax preparation or anything associated in this area, without hesitation, I recommend PRZ and Associates.

This company (PRZ) purchased the previous company out and ever since has run it straight into the ground. I was overcharged "because that's how much you paid last month" several times. I had to bring it to their attention to get the matter resolved. Then nothing was resolved so I canceled all of my services with them EXCEPT payroll. Basically the easiest thing an accountant can do. Impressively they messed that up as well. So, I had the tax investigators come to my home and brief me on the situation (not fun, I pay my taxes) only to find out that PRZ cant even run payroll correctly. Avoid them at all costs. I beg you, dont put yourself in the situation I am currently in because of them.
