Disrespectful, does not communicate. My screener date was changed three times. My point-of-contact changed twice, without informing me of who to contact. And finally, over 2 months after my 3rd round of interviewing, and 5 WEEKS since my last request for an update, I still had not heard back. If someone spends that much time interviewing for a position, they deserve to be told the outcome.
