I had an amazing experience with Patrick at Oakbridge Management. From the moment I expressed interest in an apartment they share all of the details of the location prior to setting a date to view the apartment. Patrick was very understanding of my busy schedule and was willing to work with me to view the apartment and sign the lease. I highly recommend! Also, their properties are very well kept. No complaints!

This has been one of my favorite places to call "home". The area is lovely, quiet, and peaceful while also being surrounded by our beautiful nature.

The staff at Oakbridge Management has been one of the most comfortable set of individuals from Tammy the property manage, Tameka who's quick to address my questions, and even a former employee, Pat, who was integral in making sure I felt like I was making the right decision in moving to this location.

I love this place a lot, and I'm thankful to be able to continue living here until life aligns me with where I'm ultimately meant to be. Until then, this is my home, and I love it here.

Oakbridge has made my first apartment living experience a breeze. I love living here and the management is responsive to maintenance. The waterfall is beautiful and the location is great, some common areas may require deeper cleaning but overall highly recommend!

It's been a true pleasure dealing with this company. Patrick was extremely courteous, professional, well spoken, genuinely gives off the vibe that he cares, and bonus points for being a pro-wrestling fan!

The business transaction was smooth, efficient, and proves that with a little caring, a little effort, and your due diligence, even if it seems like it might not go thru, having staff like Patrick proves that it could still be a pleasant transaction, and hey, if not now, no one said it couldn't happen then!---except for me, it happened!

Extremely thankful, nice clean location they got for me, amazing understanding to specific accommodations to ensure everything fits where it should, and possibly one of the dopest sleeps I've had in a long time bcus the pressure of wondering if this was the right move was, at least, one less thing to worry aboot. We put on an addition, remodeled our entire kitchen, living room, dining room and our deck. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor. His team was very professional and thorough. The project was completed faster than we expected so we were back in our house enjoying everything in no time and not to mention within our budget. During renovation Joe came up with ideas that we would have never thought of which ended up making the final product better than we could have imagined. We made some changes to our initial plans during the process and Joe and his team made it happen. Joe was onsite almost everyday to make sure everything was running smoothly. If there was ever an issue or a question he was just a phone call away and was always responsive. Oakbridge is the perfect one stop shop from start to finish. I would highly recommend Joe and his team for any project you may have, big or small.

Great place to live in Seymour. Glad we chose Sunny Knoll! Rent is affordable. Very safe and wonderful neighborhood. Apartment was very clean. They come clean the complex weekly. Location is perfect. Route 8 is about 1 minute from the complex but you wouldn’t even know. Very quiet neighborhood. Other tenants are very friendly. Parking is nooo problem at all, plenty of spaces. Landlord extremely nice, we are able to pay cash monthly. The office is walkable distance to complex. Other walkable business: restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, a gym, sushi place, nail salon etc. Truly have nothing bad to say about Sunny Knoll Apartments, we have been here about 1.5 years and have had a great experience.

My sister and I have been renting through oakbridge for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The management is great. They’re very helpful and responsive with anything we may need. They always get back to me in a timely manner. We love our apartment it was super clean when we moved in and the laundry room and hallways are always kept up. Great landlords!
