I cannot say enough good things about Neighborhood Barre Gulf Shores! The instructors are all absolutely amazing and I always leave feeling accomplished and strong. The variety of classes from Strength to Barre to Sweat gives me a different dynamic and helps me to target muscles I may never think to target on my own. Class at NB is truly my favorite part of the day!

I joined Neighborhood Barre in June 2021 and just took my 750th class last week. Joining NB is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The staff and members are very welcoming. There’s a great variety of classes so it doesn’t get boring. You can make it as easy or as challenging as you want, so it’s a great workout for all ages and fitness levels. Neighborhood Barre is the BEST!!
