They take your money and make you wait in a long slow moving line. The employees are lazy and act bothered that you're there to pay.your car gets impounded if you don't pay .

Seeing some of the negative reviews I felt compelled to share my experiences. In the last year or so I have tended to business at this office on several occasions. The ladies working there now have been as polite, courteous, and helpful as a person can be. Some of my business there has been complicated and time consuming. I certainly appreciate their patience and attitudes.

I went to the left hand side of the office, which does tags, registrations, titles and driver's, fishing, and hunting licenses.
I went in to get my AL driver license renewal (it was not yet expired). Since my address on record was correct, all I needed to bring was my old license and payment. They accept check and credit card (not sure about cash). Took my photo and issued me a temporary license on printed paper. Friendly staff. Overall good experience.

I have visited all of the tag offices in Morgan Co. and this one is the most unfriendly one yet. You would think your talking to AL State Trooper on a speeding ticket. No smiles straight to the point and not even a thank you !

Two years ago I bought a JetSki they registered it at 142 feet long. The state kicked it out anything out of the ordinary and you’re in trouble they should change the personnel or close the office.

This is the best tag office in Morgan County. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tag or drivers license.
