Signing up with Mee Mee’s Nutrition & Fitness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Hands down! Mee Mee is an excellent personal trainer! Although I just started and have been with Mee Mee for only a week, I’m already seeing a lot of improvement in my health and can see myself reaching my goals. I’ve tried other trainers and programs and didn’t see any results like I have with Mee Mee. As a busy mom of 4 it’s hard to find the energy and time to invest in yourself. When looking for a solution my husband came across a video that Mee Mees created showcasing the style and routines that match my fitness goals and preferences. A one on one style environment that focuses on toning and strengthening while in a controlled atmosphere. With two past trainer experiences over the last five years I have an understanding of the difference in someone who just ‘shows up’ and tells you what to do Vs what Mee Mee offers.
