This office does not even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give. The only time anyone is helpful is when you're buying something. Most of the time, no one answers the phone and don't bother leaving a voicemail because it will not be returned. For the second time, I stood in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged but instead of leaving like I did last time, I decided to wait since I was only there to ensure my policies had been canceled. The receptionists office had a sign on the door stating "Please knock before entering" and her window to the lobby was covered with curtains. Finally, someone emerged from one of the offices (where you could plainly here voices) and asked if I had been helped. After stating I had not, the man found someone to assist me presumably because he was too busy. Good riddance is an understatement regarding them and their egregious lack of customer service.

Im insuresd with these folks. I'm buying a new mobile home. So I called for a quote. They said because it was a new mobile home, I had to include my auto policy. I pay less than 8 hundred bi annually, With my current insurer. She quoted less than 4 hundred for the mobile home. ( I said wow ). Then asked, how much for my paid off 2024 Frontier ? She quoted 1400 bi annually. Bye bye. Matt black.

This was the agency I used when i started insurance with allstate. Thought it was a good fit. Recently they all of a sudden dumped me as a client and moved me over to another agent. I called and tried to find out why this happened but was never really given a reason. I have to assume my 2 vehicles and home I have insured there was not lucrative enough for them and they moved me out to make room for accounts they make more off of.

My experience with Allstate has been phenomenal. I lost my apartment to a fire seven months ago, thankfully, I had renter's insurance through Allstate. Each agent has been so caring, helpful, patient and kind. I didn't anticipate an insurance agency to be so helpful - as past experience with other agencies has oftentimes added insult to injury with claims. Allstate treated me as a person facing a tragedy - they've been my ally throughout my experience. I can never express how meaningful this has been and how much peace it has brought me. I am so grateful for each individual who has assisted me along the way these past seven months (they are still assisting me as my home hasn't been returned to me as yet) - your kindness and compassion means so much. *I cannot emphasize the importance of renter's insurance - the chaos of suddenly losing your home to a fire is unbelievable - without the immediate assistance and housing of renter's insurance (seven months later, I am still utilizing the coverage) this situation would have been unbearable. Thankfully, I am temporarily displaced - without renter's insurance - I would have found myself homeless. Thank you!
