My experience with Allstate has been all positive. I have had my home and multiple vehicles insured with them and always found their representatives to respond quickly and efficiently.

This has been by far the worst experience I have had filling an auto claim. It has been over two weeks and they have not sent anyone to do an inspection on my car. I have tried setting it up to complete virtually myself. My mechanic tried and was on the virtual call for over two hours and no representative ever joined. I was assured after all this that an inspection was scheduled and would be completed on a certain date. Still, that inspection has yet to happen. I have tried resolving this by talking to multiple people at this Allstate business and at the national level with no success. Allstate has outsourced their claim inspections to Express600 and they are non-responsive and keep changing the dates on when the inspection is complete. If we were two + weeks late on payments on our policy, the policy would most certainly be canceled. If we are expected to pay on time, we should expect that our claims are processed in a timely manner and that has not been true. Once this is over we will most definitely be using a different insurance company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSSINESS.

I had trouble finding it because they moved and the sign was gone on the old building. The new agent there is a smart, beautiful young woman. Very helpful but we speak different parts of the country so I am becoming a better listener.
