Aimee Duca and her team provided us with the absolute highest quality experience!!! They made selling our house seem effortless and were a wealth of information throughout the process. Amy made a first time home buying experience a nightmare. A young couple so excited to purchase a property. Found a cute property, got the home inspection back, home was full of mold. Amy told us to live in it anyways. Backed out of the property, saw the property listed the next days with a significant price drop and in the listing it stated “home has no value.”
Didn’t want to work with Amy anymore but she threatened us that we had a contract with her. Found another property. Stated to her multiple times exactly what we wanted. Stated to Amy in writing that we wanted a mortgage inspection. Got close to closing still hadn’t gotten the mortgage inspection, Amy told us we had to sign paperwork or we’d lose the property. Signed the paperwork, got the mortgage inspection hours later. We immediately called Amy with concerns. She never tried to help us. She just kept complaining about money, and telling us to send the money. Now we are in a lawsuit because all Amy cared about was getting her paycheck. Amy tries to act nice and sweet and caring but she is just a greedy realtor! Steer clear of this entire office! Tried to reach out to Jody, her boss. All he did was tell me she was a poor sweet pregnant girl. Sent Jody all the info he requested from us and never got a call back. An office like this gives all realtors a bad name.

We had the pleasure of working with Blake Ducca in our recent search for and eventual purchase of a home in Bella Vista. Blake made the entire process efficient, and professional. Blake was always on time, quick to respond to emails and texts and very supportive. He was also a fantastic resource when it came to sharing contractor, insurance, POA and other information necessary when buying a home. We would use Blake again to represent us in real estate transactions.

Brian Choate is a NWA Keller Williams realtor as well as home builder / remodeler / owner of C.Sky homes. We just want consumers to be aware that if you buy a home from Brian, and he offers to do your remodel, that you might end up in a similar situation as us. We hired Brian to do a large remodel on our first home here in NWA after relocating from Austin, TX. It was the biggest mistake of our lives. He did not show up or manage our project or budget as promised / needed and honestly hardly at all. We are living in the biggest nightmare with our house in shambles, our 100k budget blown and some of the worst craftsmanship you’ve ever seen. Our home is not near completed and he has completely walked away from the project. Our new custom cabinets have to be ripped out and replaced, all our new texture and paint is horrific, we have no kitchen, our running water in the house consists of 2 bathroom sinks and 2 showers, we do our dishes in the backyard with a water hose and cook what meals we can on the grill. He is unethical (charged us $1200.00 for a building permit he never applied for or acquired, we have proof from the city). He’s a fantastic sales guy to acquire your business and that’s where the service stops. After he got the job we realized he is all over promising, under delivering - drizzled with awful communication and unprofessionalism- topped with no shows, lies and excuses.
