Answers my questions with a good degree of accuracy and expertise. However, the response times for non-emergency issues leave something to be desired.

Whenever requesting support you will rarely speak to person initially, you have to leave a voicemail and wait to be called back. Having a live dispatcher to always answer calls would be a big improvement to the customer experience.

Edit: for clarification, whenever "I" have called, this was my personal experience. I should also note that while response time is generally acceptable, time to resolution has been quite poor. With a few notably recent issues taking 2-5 weeks to resolve when they should have been 2-5 days.Business operations are always at odds with security operations, but there has to be a balance. This balance could use improvement.
