The ladies were nice and customer service was great. My only complaint with the Mobile location is that I always get my car back dirty [3rd time here]. I've been to Infiniti dealerships up and down the gulf coast and never got my car back dirty. The car wash was mentioned on my receipt but no car wash. Do better Mobile!!!

I only wish I could rate this dealership less than one star. I bought a car from them and the experience was terrible. I never write reviews (good or bad) so for me to actually leave one at all says a lot! They do not return calls and I had to constantly stay on top of them. Three months later and the issue with my car is still NOT resolved. Be warned!

I have been car shopping for a few months for a particular make and model I wanted. I was able to purchase the car I wanted at Infiniti of Mobile. Shan was such a pleasure to work with. She makes u feel at home the moment she says hello. She passed me to John in finance and he was just as pleasant. The whole experience was top tier. 10/10 recommend them for your next car. 😉

My maintenance person was great. Service was completed quicker than expected. The car wash was not too good. I still had dirty spots but the interior floors were clean. I’m satisfied!

Customer service representative provided excellent services. She noticed something else that needed to be done additionally, she asked if I had an additional 20 minutes to wait. She had it completed within the 20 minutes. I truly appreciated that she stayed to her word so I could get to work on time. I also appreciated her kindness throughout waiting on my vehicle.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After they repaired one issue they claimed I had other issues. While driving my car back home, I noticed my car was shaky. They did not tell me that all four of my tires Were dry rotted. I had to take my vehicle to another place just to have them put all new tires on my car. I do not recommend going to this place.

Since the day I purchase my car which was November 2023, nothing but issues. The service department is unprofessional and unorganized. Continuously get told conflicting things. Needed have car ready on time. Car is nasty after dropping it off. Oil on my trim, arm rest and carpet. I had issues with my brakes and continued to say nothing was wrong after several times in. Next several I’m told I need new brakes. Then I started having knocking after replacement. Was told that’s normal noise and my husband refused to accept that. So manager Said it was OEM shims making the noise. This is after a few trips in and having my car several days. Asked about marks on my car and told that paint warranty is for rock chips. Go to leave and my tire is flat. Then schedule for maintenance and chips. Get there told paint is not done on that day even though I scheduled for that a month prior. Pick it up and told can’t find the noise and grease in my car again. My old maintenance sticker is half ripped off and thrown in floor, one tire is at 45 and car is pulling. Called to speak to someone and was told I would be called back no call back. Finally I call again and explain everything every once again. Just to be told sorry thanks for the feedback basically. Then told that paint protection does not cover the rock chips it for environmental. The worse service I’ve ever had at any dealership. $250 for oil change, and the add ons… pulling car, over inflated tire, dirty car, wasted hours, no maintenance reset, ripped sticker with glue on windshield, and sorry.
