First, I’ll start with the employees. Every employee we spoke with was friendly and eager to help us. We felt welcomed to be there. The rooms are beautiful and so well designed. The fitness center was impressive and one of the best I’ve seen compared to many other Hilton Brand hotels across the globe. The pool was nice (we just picked a chilly morning to swim, so the water was cold). The breakfast had a good variety and they seem to rotate some flavors and things each day so it doesn’t get boring. The location and parking are great.

I stayed at this location during Christmas 2024. The facilities were adequate and clean. However; the problem is with the General Manager. The hotel was paid by reward points and the hotel still charged my card. I did call the hotel to try to get this reversed; however, it was been nearly 2 weeks since this has occurred and I still have not received a credit. This is after several phone calls and emails with the General Manager and with my credit card reward company. I feel that my credit card company has done everything they can. I am simply not getting results from the GM. Because of this, I will never return to this hotel and strongly suggest anyone considering this location that the administration of the hotel is very poor and I hope this situation doesn't happen to you. This will also affect my future traveling decisions.

We had our 24-room wedding block at the Hampton Inn, and everyone was so sweet and accommodating the entire time. 5 stars for cleanliness, service, and especially the staff! We were over the moon and would highly recommend them!

The only complaint is the beds could be comfier. They make me and my husband's backs ache. Seeing how it is the most important part of the experience, a good night's rest, you would think Hampton Inn would invest more in the beds.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel on September 27th. We didn’t arrive until 11:00 PM.
We were given a room at 190.00. I was never asked if I had a discount card or if we were military. We had our kitty’s with us also. The next morning we had two tires that were flat on our camper. I asked for a late check out and I was told no because they were booked for the day. I get that but I just needed a hour for the animals as we addressed the repairs on the camper. When I went to check out the front desk attendant says “I’ll have to charge you 75.00 for your cats. I asked why wasn’t this explained the night before and of course I get the “I don’t know” answer. Two days later they charged me an additional 25.00 and no one can tell me why. I’ve left two messages for the manager but I’m not holding my breath on a call back. We have completely lost the capability to go above and beyond for customers. Sad.

Rooms are brand new, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was super-comfy. Breakfast was included and featured the standard homemade waffles and egg frittatas. Close to Clinton Airport in Little Rock, and walking distance from a Hime Depot and a Kroger.
Only knocks were shower gel dispenser was empty and don't even think about trying to get an Uber in Cabot.
When I do return, I'll definitely stay here.

This is a fresh property. It is well maintained, the staff are friendly and very helpful. An amazing pool, and an even better fitness center. Outside is clean and well lit !! Close to town , for food or entertainment. Just 5 STARS ALL AROUND !

Great location, close to food, shopping and main roads. It's brand new, so it's very clean & well decorated. Breakfast is just ok, waffles are good, that's about it. I would definitely stay here again.
