I took my half sibling to court for not paying her fair share of the bills we share. She has been lying and having people commit acts of defiance against my person to force my person to sell the house. I thought taking her to court would solve the situation it only made it worse because her multiple lies were allowed into court and the 1st judge who was highly corrupted in believing the lies ...ruled that I had prejudice when I wasn't lying to him in his face, in his court and repeatedly presenting fake documents. I am a veteran and I believed the courts and their judges were above being so easily fooled by a con artist apparently not them I appealed she presented the same fake documents and when I told the 2,and judge she presenting FAKE DOCUMENTS from the Post Office he claimed to be knowledgeable in how the Post Office operates but he lied because he allowed again the fake evidence. I tried to present written letter from my son who experienced some of the terrible treatment I had received ...not allowed. I was told he had to be present but he allowed my half sibling to present documents into evidence that were printed from others who weren't in court ....seriously When I later visited the Court House with a book of the evidence I wasn't allowed to speak to the prosecuting Attorney in fact I rerouted multiple times within the building and finally told to try pressing charges at the HS Police Department and they claimed they couldn't do anything. So apparently PERURY doesn't matter in Garland County Courts, Court House or Police Station. There was also a fake Fire call to my residence a few weeks after she finally moved out in August 2022 after I insisted she started paying her fair share or I will again take her back to court which really would do anything. Since the judges allowed her lies to win the court cases she stopped paying the bills all together and I been taking care of them at times with a few times my son helping. I paid the Hot Springs Courts out of my pocket 2 times but to only be lied onand the judges allowed and agreed with lies ...
