My son was hit by a drunk driver in May of 2022! He now suffers from a TBI he also had two broken hip bones and his pelvis was split in half! My son’s accident was not reported by the ASP who took the report and I have been doing my own investigation. If I never would have reached out to the prosecutors office my son’s case would have been isolated! Nonetheless the guy who hit my son is basically getting a slap on the wrist. He keeps getting his court dates pushed back, this is like the 20th time and the police report was falsified my son’s entire case has been treated negligently, it’s been a nightmare! My son is being treated more like the assailant rather than the victim. As much as they hate to admit, I know race plays a huge factor in this. If the roles were reversed and my son was the perpetrator driving high and drunk while almost taking someone life, he would have been arrested at the scene and charged with a felony. Prime example, my other is being falsely accused of a crime because he allegedly fits a description of being a black male with dreadlocks, although he was working at the time of whatever they are accusing him of, yet he’s facing a felony conviction. On the other hand you have this guy who was intoxicated and tested positive for drugs run over my son, leaving my son in a coma for two months, disabled for the rest of his life and all this guy gets is a misdemeanor or better yet a fine!! Make this make sense! I am fighting for both of my sons and will stop at next to nothing until they get the justice they deserve! I will fight until God takes my last breath!!!!!

The victim service office was so kind and helpful. They took great care of or family. My teenage son was able to have Barb the service dog go with him on the stand to help him stay calm. They helped make a horrible situation be easier to deal with.

my ex gf absued my 11 yr old daughter..
I reported it. they talked to my daughter she gave them detailed information... but since my ex is now dating a weaver which is a well known local family.. nothing was ever done!! small politics over protecting a child..

Investigate the Malys Entertainment center crime as a hate crime. Many of my friends and I have tried to call the phone number you have listed to request an investigation and it is a disconnected number. I don't see an email. Don't let white men continue to get away with hate crimes. Fix this. Prove to the public that you are fair and just.

If you can also make it possible for the public to contact and request instead of us having to leave a review. Do better.

Only in Faulkner County Arkansas can you break into someone's house and steal someone's guns then do the sheriffs job and catch the person selling them on the Internet and it be called a civil case! I've called Cody hilands office 3 times! No one will return my calls! Forget about a appointment with the sheriff or The prosecuting attorney's office it's an election year! Let's not investigate or list guns as stolen! I didn't sell or give guns to anyone! The only I give 1 star is so I could give a post! Let's hope no one gets shot with my stolen guns!
