It was an easy close, and she was outstanding with her communication in explaining things to me.

They totally missed the covenants and restrictions on our home and failed to disclose them in the sale. They also failed to compare the survey and property description to the plot chart. The hole experience has been a mess. I do not recommend ever using them.

You should know exactly who I am I have called several times to complain. I am coming by later this week to pick up some paperwork that should get my lot discrption fixed. I closed in Feb of 2022. I have a copy if the covnets and restrictions and I had to send it to your office because you couldn't read them. I guess that is why they were not disclosed. If we ousl have know they existed we wouldn't have signed the paperwork to purchase the home. I have talked to your office and they informed me you guys miss these covnets all time creating issues like mine.

Errors on deed page one. Rep didn’t know the cost of registration stamps was .33%—told me it was 3% of the purchase price. Very nice people but need a better system to pay more attention to details and maybe some training.

Their communication with their customers is extremely poor. When I called multiple times attempting to get to the bottom of what was happening with my paperwork no one knew. When they finally admitted they have not actually started my paperwork and I became upset they hung up on me. When I called back to try to get my questions answered they refused to apologize for not completing my order in the time frame specified. I found another business to take care of this for me and will never use this company again.
