The Faulkner County Circuit Court has corrupt court actors working within their walls. Namely, Judge Susan Weaver and staff are the highest contenders of corruption. Judge Susan Weaver doesn't uphold constitutional rights in her courtroom and implements her ideologies into court cases, instead of following what is written law. Due process and civil rights are ignored by this Judge and hearsay is allowed as evidence. Judge Susan Weaver uses personal bias in court hearings and doesn't know how the American law system works, nor does she understand the laws or how to utilize them in court cases. It is evident that this judge should not be in a position of power and is extremely liberal in her viewpoints. This judge has been known to show favoritism to one party and their legal counsel (attorney) while ignoring the other party. There is no impartiality in the Faulkner County Circuit Court and Judge Susan Weaver practices the color of law from the bench. Judge Susan Weaver goes so far as to have ex parte hearings with one party and these hearings are done without notice to the other party involved in the case. Everything done by this judge is what would be deemed illegal in the eye of the law. Judge Susan Weaver also believes that she can deem herself qualified to establish if a person is unfit mentally, physically, or emotionally without any educational background in the fields of medicine or psychology. It is not a judge's place to use personal opinions in the Court and proper professionals need to be in place for diagnosis.

Faulkner County needs to wake up and stop voting these corrupt people into positions of power because it is difficult to get them out of the court room, once they move up the ladder. Read your state laws and fight back against these court actors, who think they are above the law. Just be weary of the vindictiveness of the judge named above, because she will punish any who stand up against her corrupt ways. Judge Allen Dodson hires the most entitled and corrupt employees. How can the people elect someone that doesn't even think they need to follow the law. Incompetent county cost taxpayers money.

Be ready. No phones allowed! I was yelled at by the security officer until I left in humiliation. So don't plan to have your phone in hand and turning off while entering building. I have to go back but
dreading it.

Depending upon what the situation is that you have to visit this building would be probably determined how many stars you would give. I was just a spectator. It is a really nice building and all of the staff were extremely helpful...very clean restrooms and building. Handicap friendly.

Very corrupt court no respect for the constitution judges think they are above the constitution and can make laws to their own accord well guess what there is a thing called the supremacy clause for a reason and any judge who believes that state law supercedes federal law should not be able to hold office

I found Judge Foster and all the courthouse employees respectful to everybody. I have a high regard for the work done here for the citizens of Arkansas.
