This is the best gym ever! Jeff pushes you to do your best and also helps and encourages you along the way. He is a great leader with great advice. Plus it’s fun and the people are great!

My daughter has been going here for a full week. I have never seen her so motivated to workout as she is now. She comes home bragging on how everyone there supports one another and encourages you to do your best. Jeff is amazing and a wonderful leader. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.

Absolutely love this gym. Jeff is a great guy. He is very consistent, and is always studying and sharing info with his clients to help them improve. I’ve been going for 4 1/2 years consistently, only missing when I’m sick or traveling. I can’t stand to miss! And the people that go there are awesome too. So encouraging.

I have been going to ERF for over a year now and absolutely love it! Jeff is so nice and always finds a way to modify a workout if you need him to. Everyone encourages each other and it’s just a great atmosphere to workout!

This is a great workout for all ages. Jeff is a great teacher and is very patient and encouraging with all attendees. He also stays in touch with members via email and FB offering diets, tips and personal stories. A minimal monthly fee of $35 is a plus and the fact he doesn't demand a contract from his members is icing on the cake!

Real people. Family atmosphere. Very encouraging. Working out at ERF is like having a family friend who is a personal trainer without the big cost. Jeff offeres excersize classes Mon-Sat multiple times a day and nutritional assistance. View his many blogs from what fast food to eat to what supplements work best for you. My husband has attended for several years now and he looks and feels great. Stop by, ask about the free first week.

Jeff does a great job especially with his training programs. He provides a step by step work out calendar and messages you from time to time to maintain motivation.
