I've been going to Dexter's Fitness Center for about eight months now. I really like the convenient Midtown location, and Coach Dexter is an awesome trainer. The classes here are unique compared to other gyms, which I enjoy. I've noticed physical improvements, and my running has also gotten better. I totally recommend Dexter's Fitness Center!

This is a great, fun and supportive environment. Dexter has a gift of taking his boxing experience and sharing it, using repetitive drills to build muscle memory, which in turn builds confidence. He also has a strong background in physiology, using that in class to develop a stronger body and avoid injuries. I love it!

I can’t recommend Dexter’s Fitness Center enough. It’s cardio, weights, and boxing all mixed together. I never know what to expect other than a challenging workout mixed with energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement. There’s a personal connection and accountability that you just don’t get at one of the “big” gyms. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and had a lot of fun doing it.

Coach Dexter is very Knowledgeable about Boxing, Personal/Group Training, and Nutrition. He has over 20 Years experience in educating the Community about getting physically/mentally fit. He offers early morning classes such as 5am and Evening Classes late as 5:30pm. And don't forget a morning Saturday class. So, there is No Excuse..Not to Come and workout(Classes are offered multiple times a day M-Sat.). You will see results in little as a month!! No Gimmicks just YOU PUTTING IN THE WORK/SWEAT! I Love the Fact that he offers a Blended Boxing Class for kids of all ages and genders! It's Fun and kids from all different backgrounds get to enteract with each other! The classes are very Affordable! Thank You Coach Dexter for putting in the Hard Work and Dedication that your Dream Requires!! I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!

I’ve been attending Dexter’s Fitness Center for some time and I love how much I have learned about boxing, Dexter is very patient and knowledgeable, he also offers boxing classes for children and weight training classes for adults. The studio is smaller than big gyms, but I prefer working out with less people. I have met very nice people in my boxing class and I feel welcome here!
