This was the best experience I have had with buying a used truck! Carey did everything possible to make this a smooth and painless process. We have had a hectic week with cars! They have been nothing but patient and helpful. With all the frustrations, previous car trouble, and trying to get the right fit for our family and needs.... Carey and Greg have stayed with us and gone above and beyond to make sure everything was right... we were comfortable with our purchase and what we were purchasing was in the best quality and condition to begin our run with it. My husband and I really are pleased. Yes..we put a lot of time in with them this week, BUT as did they. Yes.. we made several trips to Loxley to make sure we had the absolute right vehicle we wanted and to work everything out.. BUT they stayed late and worked from home. Yes we were on the phone.. ALOT. BUT they never seem aggravated and were pleasant the whole experience. Yes.. it took longer than normal, BUT we bought 2 vehicles in 1 week they assisted with making arrangements with repairs and towing with our old car, any concern we had was addressed within the day (mostly immediately) 5 Stars. Highly recommended!
