Por eso dicen no hables hasta que tu sepas ....estuve ahí y todo muy bien...buen trato por parte de todo el personal y la descarga fue dentro de lo normal...buen lugar ...volvería con gusto

Element 13. Slept on site, appointment time 11:30 they got me in 07:30 amazing. Live unload at dock 3 in 30 min, can’t ask for any better than that. Scale in and scale out same way. Easy five star for this place.

Some of the security guards here are the type of people that were picked on when they were younger. You know the type, they were bullied so now they have a job that gives them a sense of power over others and they use that to mistreat others, truckers in this instance. Yesterday, 11/25/24 at around lunch, there was a trucker checking in, in front of me. The security guard was rude and hateful to the trucker. For no reason other than he could act that way towards him. Truckers have a hard enough time without having to deal some douchebag on a power trip at a security gate. This company needs to address this problem because yesterday wasn’t the first time this has happened.

It seems like this plant has not changed over the years. I used to be a supplier here and relined their melting furnaces and there was always a bunch of arrogance to contractors and visitors. I lived in Alabama most of my life and most of the people in Alabama are good and polite people and I am ashamed of the behavior of the people here. They must hire Yankees here instead of those from Alabama.

I used to love coming in here and loading show up an hour early get checked in and loaded if the line wasn't long...now you have these young security guards on a power trip and won't let you check in till right at your appointment time and they are very rude to the drivers one security guard last week got a driver banned from here bc he the security guard got his feelings hurt bc of what the driver said just tryna make conversation..hope constilleum big wigs reads this and fires these young guys and girls and gets some grown ups in here to work the security gate...

Actually real location 1009 Ford Rd Muscle Shoals,AL.employees are rude,places very dirty and nasty, delivery quick and easy but for pick up waiting hours and hours only good think they have overnight parking short of truck driver don’t service this company
