Jacqueline Munoz Made so many mistakes that she held up me buying the property for nearly 5 months, she claims she sells about 200 houses a year but knows nothing about the process either that or she just is really lazy about doing her job!

She claimed in the beginning that she had all the paperwork in order (Titles, deeds and such), she didn’t, then she insisted we didn’t need them to the bank and my realtor, also insisted we wouldn’t need an engineering report, all of which we did!

Then she refuses to show up to the closing, has her Attorney’s do everything with out her, so she doesn’t need to apologize for her incompetence!

I would not use her, and in the future I won’t buy or sell any property where she is involved!

They make cold calls to you about selling your home and don’t leave a voicemail. Then they call back within a few minutes and still don’t leave a voicemail. Very rude and unprofessional. When I call them back and ask why no voicemail was left I’m told people don’t like it when they leave a voicemail instead of apologizing. The man I spoke to cut me off and asked me if I had a question about selling my house and I said no, he hung up on me. I certainly know who NOT to call when I’m ready to put my house on the market.
