This is my favorite place to be! I never in a million years would’ve thought that I would enjoy anything about fitness BUT Cabot CrossFit has changed my life forever ❤️. All the coaches and members are super motivating and supportive. They even have childcare which is GREAT (it’s also included in your membership). I get to bring my daughter along with me uninterrupted so I can get a great workout! I have also lost over 60lbs with the help of this great facility. The class times are also super flexible in my opinion which is a plus! You will learn a lot about yourself & grow in your personal fitness journey. 10/10 highly recommended 😬

Cabot CrossFit is a great place to work on your physical fitness and make new friends. It has a friendly and safe atmosphere and is well managed and the equipment and facility is well maintained. All instructors provide good demonstrations of workout movements prior to sessions and spot one on one time to improve your workout experience.

I was staying in Cabot for a few weeks. I visited Cabot across Fit and felt right at home. It’s a well equipped box with great instructors and a fun welcoming atmosphere. This will be my home away from home gym whenever I am in the area. I will be back I. Two weeks and will get a few more workouts in before I go home. Thanks Cabot CrossFit!!

Cabot CrossFit is phenomenal. Knowledgeable and caring coaches. Angie and Chuck are such wonderful people. I joined in June of 2020 and was there two years before I moved out of state in 2022. I would recommend Cabot CrossFit to anyone and everyone. They care about their customers. They are very fairly priced compared to other CrossFit gyms in the area and go above and beyond to make your experience at their gym worth it. Great coaching great workouts. They have events for holidays and make it fun! I lost 10% body fat working out at this gym but the best part is they bring you in like family. They are super inclusive and a safe place for LGBTQ and POC. They make it a priority for it to be a safe place for anyone who wants to move their body and exercise, you absolutely don’t have to be a “gym rat” their priority is fitness for life. They don’t have that toxic culture over fitness and food like some gyms have. I cried when I moved because I didn’t want to have to leave CCF. This picture is me and a team at a CrossFit competition in LR the group of ladies behind me are CCF members, some competing but the rest just came to support. That’s the kind of community CCF has, it’s the kind of community you want to be apart of!

Went in after having not worked out consistently in years. Patrons of the gym were super encouraging. The Coach was knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information and tips. Crossfit can be an intimidating word to hear but at Cabot Crossfit they want to help you get moving and hit your goals but are also going to make sure you don't go beyond what you should, and hurt yourself. Highly recommend.

I started my CrossFit journey with Cabot CrossFit in February of 2020 and never looked back at any other gym!! Chuck and Angie (owners) really create an environment that makes everyone feel comfortable no matter where they’re at on their fitness journey!! The other members are of the same caliber and help keep you accountable!! Such a great place to get fit and be surrounded with great people that become family!
