I made an appt for today at 11am with Christina. I spent 15 min trying to find parking and paying
the meter which was a block away in the rain. I walk to the office in the cold/rain and it's dark and closed at 11am (my appt time). I called a couple times leaving a message and no return call. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I understand things happen but no phone call or anything to let me know what was going on. Luckily I found Dollarman tax service and they had an opening and they helped me right away. When time is waisted you can't get that time back. I hope you don't do this to anyone else. When I drove by a little while later the lights were on and I saw a lady waiting. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why you shouldn't have had the decency to call me!!! I came last year and even though I waited like an hr with an appt I was satisfied with my tax prep which is kinda complicated. I was willing to give you another chance because again I understand things happen. So I made an appt and you are CLOSED when I get there. I even waited 15 more minutes and still not open and I can't reach anyone. I will not return after this!! You deserve no stars!!

Worst business! I filed with them, was told a $700 fee. When my taxes came they upped the price to over $900 and took $1100 out of my account. Now CHRISTINE is giving me the run around, and I’m told I can only get $200 back. SCAMMERS FOR REAL!!!!!
