I enjoyed the time spent with my counselor, he was great to work with.

Edit: I did experience some trouble with billing between here & my old insurance company that resulted in a rather lengthy process, unfortunately. After making my concerns known, the billing dept worked with me to correct the issue. Shout out to Samantha for being quick to respond & persistent in making sure everything was taken care of in the end.

Unfortunately it is not possible for me to give a lower or negative value score or I would. Jennifer is hands down the most unprofessional healthcare worker I have ever seen. She has cancelled more appointments on us then she has seen us (12 out of the last 18). To make matters worse she always seems to do it at the last possible minute and she never has availability immediately after the cancellation, so anyone in crisis or truly needing to see her has to wait even longer. How can someone who is supposed to be responsible for providing help and support to people who struggle with mental health issues, stress and anxiety be so unprofessional, uncaring, disrespectful and disconnected with her patients. Her patients put their trust in her and commit their emotions and time to see her and she disregards that trust. She does more harm than good and she is one of the most self centered, narcissistic, uncaring and rude individuals I have ever known.

Jennifer Bradley is Amazing! I have been seeing her for quiet some time and has made tremendous progress. If you need counseling assistant ask for Jennifer! Also, Brittany the office associate has the Best Customer Service!

I have two children that see Jennifer Bradley & Lucinda Armstrong. They are both amazing! These two ladies have helped my girls so much. They are always accommodating and it feels like home now! I highly recommend Alexander Counseling

Does not say that they don't provide medications when making an appointment. Charge $145 copay just to give us a referral back to the people that referred us to them
