The owner, Cory, is awesome! We visit for private lessons for my son in baseball. Cory is, hands down, the best there is when it comes to working with kids. He teaches them in a way they can grasp, understand and retain. I have recommended him for years to people and will continue to do so!

Great gym with great instructors! They suggest different options for people with wrist or other issues and are very encouraging, no matter what level fitness you're at! The crossfit community here is great and that alone is one of the reasons I keep coming back!

I dropped in here since I was in town and needed a space for Olympic lifting. The owner could not have been more hospitable and the space itself was awesome. I will definitely be back.

During my time in Alabama i joined this gym. Cory and his staff treated me like family from day 1. Sadly I had to move and i was very dissapointed I had to leave. This is by far the best gym in Montgomery, AL.
